Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited has informed the Exchange that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015: (i) The Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading in dealing with the securities of the Company has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in its 197th meeting held on May 22, 2015 and adopted by the Company with immediate effect. (ii) The aforesaid Code has been published on the website (www.mrpl.co.in) of the Company. The same has also been uploaded on the intranet of the Company for wider circulation & information of the employees and compliance thereof – Moneycontrol.com
