Solar Farm company establishes itself as an I.P.P.

NORTH CAROLINA – Innovative Solar Systems, LLC (ISS) has become one of the largest developers of Utility Scale Solar Farms in the last decade and has now announced that it will become an Independent Power Producer (IPP) in all 50 States.

Developing and building large scale solar farms in the United States is nothing new to Innovative Solar Systems, LLC. The company has just announced this week that it will become one of the largest independent power producers in the nation by selling the majority of the power produced from the company’s 2016 solar farm projects directly to the end user and provide a win/win situation for both ISS and well as the customers of the company’s power. By reducing power prices to users and providing cheaper alternative energy from the company’s vast pipeline of solar projects ISS is positioning itself for a merger later in 2016 said John E. Green, CEO of Innovative Solar Systems, LLC.

As solar panel equipment prices have steadily dropped over the last several years the cost to produce electricity from solar farm projects has fallen to epic lows and now beats coal energy production prices while competing directly with natural gas produced electricity plants. By creating mini utility power plants across the nation, ISS speculates that the company’s future IPO will be a big hit with consumers on the street. Deregulation and giving retail and commercial clients a choice in who they buy power from and for how much per kWh “will spur economic and industrial growth in this country,” states Green of ISS.
